JEFF BEAUCHAMP, PE

CEO & FOUNDER

(713) 590-5071
JB Mallay, PE

Chief Operating Officer

(713) 590-5072

Mr. Beauchamp is the driving force behind DATALIGN. As founder of organizations as diverse as a supply chain information management firm and a nationally chartered bank, he became known as "The Father of Modern Materials Cataloging" during his tenure as founder and CEO of INTERMAT.

Under his leadership, a new industry arose from Mr. Beauchamp’s original concept and INTERMAT emerged as the world leader in standardized Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Materials nomenclature development and implementation.

INTERMAT was recently purchased for $55 million in cash by Project Software and Development, Inc. (now MRO Software, Inc., NASDAQ:MROI, www.mro.com).

Mr. Beauchamp is active in professional and industrial associations and in international bodies that govern nomenclature standards. Building on his life experiences in controlled vocabularies and semantecs, Jeff is now leveraging new non-relational database technologies to create world leader positioning for DATALIGN by offering its valued customers heretofore impossible -- but now extremely practical -- data work flow capabilities at a fraction of the cost of all other solutions available today.

"Our claims are big, but we can back them up. Challenge us to deliver for you."

Mr. Mallay provides strategic leadership, finance, corporate strategy, planning, and sales & marketing leadership to DATALIGN operations. He’s successfully managed start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and business operations, and possesses a strong technology background, holding patents in various technical fields. JB has served as board member for many corporations and as an industry association president. He previously served as Operations VP at Synchro Inc., managing engineering and construction of one of the world’s most advanced process plants.

In 1987, JB founded a 100-person engineering & manufacturing firm and pioneered laser material processing and other technologies. There he served as CEO until selling the company in 1996.

JB manages Datalign’s day-to-day operations and is guiding the firm through a period of business growth, rapid recruitment, and advanced product development, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
