Pliant's Neutral Form Tags are unlike XML tags, which must have document type definitions, schemas, namespaces, and the like to provide definition. Unlike XML tags, Pliant's Neutral Form Tags are universal and convey enough information to reconcile tags between schemas.


The key to Pliant is its ability to transform "as is" data into single, self-defining and self-integrating data elements and muscular tags.
Each data element is assigned a value, a type, and inherent relationships to entities or all other system data elements.
Comprehensive information about each data element is automatically generated as tags, including Technical Metadata, Business Metadata, Security Rules, and Business Rules (agents, triggers, stored queries, and stored procedures).
