	To Pliant, "Exceptions" are ambiguities: OCR- and AI-processed data that cannot be validated by user-defined data validation rules. or Inability to locate or resolve expected form data.
	Overall, Pliant’s exception rate (<10%) is much lower than typical "other system" exception rates (~75%).
	So when using Pliant, this means > 90% of all forms data are fed directly into data systems without manual entry or corrective interaction.
