Lonnie is President/founder of GrowthNet International, Inc., a Solutions firm that has been supporting multiple industries since 1998. GrowthNet provides technology consulting, design, manufacturing and operations to multiple countries. GrowthNet designs/provides Internet, IntraNet, and ExtraNet solutions and multi-media business tools that accelerate new project finding, solution awareness, sales, proposals, client integration, and project delivery. Lonnie also represents numerous firms in the introduction of high quality, money-saving technology solutions. In 11 months, Lonnie helped a new fiber optic customer grow from 8 to 80 people, raise $20MM in investor funding and become recognized by Time Europe as a Hot 30 European Company. In 13 months, he helped a new medical waste company grow from 17 to 89 people and raise over $19MM in investor funding. Lonnie planned the start-up expansion of a firm recognized by Business Week magazine as one of the "Ten Fastest Growing, High-Tech Companies in the US". He served as a software business VP who designed/sold integrated site management systems now market share leaders in the US and abroad. Lonnie invented/marketed multi-$million software programs and specialized systems now in use at global Electric Utilities, Department of Energy sites, Department of Defense bases, and commercial fuel cycle facilities. He was awarded patent coverage for a centralized data collection and analysis systems software, instrumentation components, and bar-coded products he invented and commercialized. Lonnie has broad global sales experience in high-tech, defense, environmental, telecommunications, and nuclear industries including sales of plants, equipment, automated solutions, fighter jets, services, products, consumables, consulting and subscriptions. He developed/sold US, Norwegian, Polish, Russian Federation, Dutch, French, Romanian and Belgium technology programs and offsets that grew into a new Fortune 30 corporation subsidiary. His waste experience runs the gamut from all forms of nuclear waste to air/water/soil pollution and biohazardous waste management, treatment and disposal. Lonnie recommended/automated a manufacturing firm's enterprise information management systems and reengineered its procurement, spares, inventory, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and accounting operations. This program's multi-million dollar cost savings exceeded forecasts by 40% (year 1), 108% (year 2) and 117% (year 3). Lonnie custom-designed an integrated web-based supply chain solution in under a year so Compaq, Dec and Tandem could merge, operate and manage its combined worldwide manufacturing operations. He also developed essential attack submarine maintenance planning databases for the US Navy. Lonnie has performed annual safeguards & security audits of secret manufacturing facilities and has held Top Secret NATO, FBI, NRC, and DOE clearances. A former U.S. Navy Electrical Officer and EDO, Lonnie qualified/operated surface ship and submarine nuclear power plants, receiving back-to-back "Excellents" on Operational Reactor Safety Examinations (a feat never before achieved). Lonnie earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
