GrowthNet International, Inc. has developed and deployed the fourth major release of Southampton Photonics, Inc.'s (SPI's) corporate Internet site to support the company's new product release at a major industry conference. US/UK-based SPI is a fast-growing, international market leader in next generation fiber optical components and subsystems. SPI is ranked by Time Europe as one of Europe's "Hottest 30 Tech Firms".
GrowthNet originally integrated a recruiting console into SPI's existing Internet site to support SPI's recruiting program. Impressed with the recruiting console's content, imagery and ease-of-use, SPI commissioned GrowthNet to create a Version 2 system. Versions 3 and 4 soon followed.
"GrowthNet understands business and technologies and can be counted on to meet aggressive milestones", says SPI President, Don Spalinger. "Our Internet site has played an important role company's growth from 8 to 80+ employees over the last year. Almost every time we walk into a sales presentation, our clients have studied and printed out our Internet site and are ready to ask important buying questions."
In addition to Internet support, GrowthNet has provided visually stunning sales and board presentation images that simplify complex technical concepts.
GrowthNet also provides management team recruiting and acts as prime contractor to SPI. "GrowthNet brought us some great new talent who were really hard to find, like our directors of Network Architecture, Product Marketing, and North American Operations," SPI President, Don Spalinger says. "GrowthNet made it easy to get these folks on board and set up our internet-centric recruiting process." GrowthNet's recruiting know-how is reflected in SPI's recruiting console. "We receive high quality CV's every day as a result of our Internet site advertised openings," said Spalinger.
