Professional Experience
- Serves on the board of directors of WestOne Logistics, LLC, a subcontractor at the Department of Energy’s Idaho National Laboratory, and is business development advisor to the eastern Idaho agent for Atlas Van Lines
- Managed a number of major land use change projects including land development, land use planning, construction, engineering and the entitlement process. He conceptualized and completed major retail land use conversions at the gateway to both Idaho Falls and Twin Falls.
- Prior to his real estate career, Keim designed and developed multiple major agricultural land tracts throughout Idaho’s Snake River Valley, Eastern Washington and Oregon.
- Represents the best interests of his corporate and business clients by combining comprehensive knowledge with integrity, resourcefulness, tenacity and 25 years of negotiation experience.
